What we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and produce your order:
- Contact details you submit through our quote and contact forms (name, business name, email, phone).
- Project details: quantities, garment types, artwork files, and shipping addresses.
- Basic, non-identifying usage data (page views, referrer, approximate region) when you browse our website.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment card numbers (payments are processed by a separate, PCI-compliant processor), or health information.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to quote requests, produce and ship orders, send order updates, keep accounting records as required by Missouri and federal tax law, and — only for clients who have asked to be on the list — send occasional production updates by email.
How we share it
We share information only with the vendors required to complete your order: garment mills, decoration suppliers, shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and our accountant. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; European residents under the GDPR. Send a written request to info@api.wesperu2.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for 12 months. Order records and artwork files are kept for 7 years for tax and reorder purposes. We can delete artwork on written request once the program is wound down.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes we update the date above and, for active clients, send an email notice.
