Production lead times
Standard production runs 10–14 business days after written proof approval. Embroidery-only programs of fewer than 48 pieces often ship in 7 business days. Rush production (5 business days) is available for an additional 20% and is subject to mill availability.
Carriers and rates
We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail from our Springfield, Missouri workshop. Rates are billed at the carrier's published commercial rate plus a flat $4 per-package handling fee. Local Greene County deliveries can be arranged for orders over $500.
International shipping
We ship within the United States and to Canada by request. International duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns on custom goods
Decorated apparel cannot be returned for size, color, or change of mind — every piece is produced specifically for your order. We strongly encourage a sizing sample run for first-time programs and offer free sizing days on programs of 50+ pieces.
Defects and errors
If a piece arrives with a defect in workmanship — crooked embroidery, ink registration error, missing decoration — let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the affected pieces at no charge and cover return freight.
